Okay...I think I may be in love with Bugaboo stamps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They are just the bees knees!  (Bad pun intended)  Seriously, they have the cutest digi's....sassy, fun, sweet, whatever you are feelin - they got.  They even have a free one once a week and recently they had a cute bee.  Of course, I had to have all of the cute bees.  :)  So, hope you enjoy!

You are a Tweetie

Hi friends!  I just realized that I don't know how to spell Tweetie.  Is it -ie or -y?  -ie looks right, so that's what I'm going with.  Anyway, I am 'bout ready for some spring.....I have been over winter since it started early in December.  Ugh.  I thought a cute, fast and easy card would be nice.  This is actually not a digi - it is a coloring page!  One of my blogging friends suggested it....there are all sorts of free ones online - give it a try if you have any intrest!  I just google coloring page and all sorts come up.  I googled Betty Boop coloring page and even found one of her that I will be using soon too!

Italian dinner?

Hi friends!!!
Before seeing these pictures you may wonder what a hedgehog and italian dinners have in common.  You will soon realize that they go together very well!  :)  If only in my eyes.  See, when I was making this card, I was tying to keep in mind that the audience is a 13 year old girl who is my daughter's BFF and a real sweetie.  We are inviting her over for an Italian Dinner and I wanted to try to be fun and send her an invite and have cute decorations and such.  So I looked at my cricut carties for ideas and honestly there isn't much.... I found a pot and a fork with spaghetti on it so I cut that out then I found the noodles from create a critter and, in my head, all of that was going to go on the front of the card.  I wanted to make a pop-up card for obvious reasons....I love pop-ups.  Who doesn't?!!?  So, I thought what animal reminds me of Italy?  Nothing came to mind.  So, I did what anyone else would do....cut out a cute hedgie with a red and white bow.  I know, duh!  Who wouldn't have thought of that.  Obvious choice. 
Well, when I put the card together, I couldn't make it look right with everything spaghetti-like on the front.  SO.... there's a hedgie hog in the pasta.  :)  LOL!!!  Whatev.  Kaity liked it so I'm sure Aubre will too!

CREPES!!!! and 52 reasons

I love me some Mikey!!!  I love him, love him, love him!  AND the man can cook!  :)  This morning.  Crepes!!!  CREPES!!!!  Wow!  They were fabulous! 
He's made them once before and rocked the house then, but this time instead of cherries, we had a cream cheese filling and let me tell you....they will set you free!!!  YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I love me some Mikey! :)

Also....I really wasn't sure if I was going to share this or not.  I gave this to him for Valentine's day and have been thinking about posting it, but it is really personal.  BUT, we are all friends here, right?!?!  I got the idea from another blog and I can't find who to give the credit to, she did something similar and when I was in Michael's before hearts day, I saw a deck of heart cards and my mind started going.  AND they were only $1!  This is NOT the most expensive gift you can give someone, but I think it is really romantic and thoughtful and fun!  I wanted to be able to treasure this so I modge-podged them.  Funny thing is that he was sitting in the scrapbook room the whole time .... we were watching a movie and he was sitting at the computer desk not paying any attention to what I was doing so it worked out well!  :)

Snoop doggie dog

Love me some Snoopy!  I just got this stamp and it was el-cheapo!  I have no idea why the ebayer didn't want it, but their loss, my gain!  Love it!  Also love the white pen. I forget the name, but it's the one that everyone raves about.  I get it.  Look at how it colored in snoop on the SU paper - that's heavy, solid kraft paper!!!  And even my yellow copic showed up.  Wow.  I'm hooked.  I only have 3 colors of copic now.  Green, yellow, and skin-tone.  Used the green on the grass...very nice!  Now, I'm afraid, I'm gonna need the set.  Yikes!  Guess I'll have to save my pennies.  Or. maybe. my tax return!  :)  YAY!!  Of course I'll feel guilty spending that much money on myself - ugh.  My stomach hurts already!!  I don't know if I can do it.  I want to though.  Ugh.  I guess I'll wait and see how much I get back.  And I'll need to by my children something they want to.  That will make me feel a bit better.  LOL.  We all get a treat.  :)  Anyone know where I could get them on the cheap?

Sweets for the sweet

Okay....February is full of a lot of mush....  I can't help it, I love it, love it, love it!!!  :)  It's fun to let people know how much I love 'em! When I saw this digi, I thought it was adorable!  Mike is gonna think I'm crazy with all of the sweet he's getting this month, but I just can't help it!!!!  :) 

Isn't this cute!!!!!  Love the little guys!  :)  Hope you are having a lovey month yourself!!!  I gave the little guy Packers colors....  :) 

And here is my man.  SO FUNNY in this chair.  We were at Menard's and there was this HUGE chair that made us laugh.  Hard.  Mike is an idiot anyway, and he jokingly got a running start and jumped up in it.  Reminds me of that old SNL skit.  Too funny!!!!

Valentine's Day...

Okay...I know this is a crafty blog, but I don't have any other, so I have to post these sweet Valentine Pictures.  I really love my family!  My sweetie sent me flowers to work!  Then he made steak dinner and later we had dessert....oreo kisses seen somewhere in blogland AND chocolate covered strawberries.  Devine! 
My kids had some goodies to sort through and they so thoughtfully had things for Mike and me too!!!  :)'

Garfield - love him!

Hi all....So my niece is turning 7 soon.  I always thought I'd be that cool aunt who gave fabulous presents and was cool to hang out with.  I'm not sure I'm living up to that, but I still gotta try.  You know, if you don't set goals you'll never reach 'em.  Wow...that was kinda deep for a Tuesday morning!  :)  Tee hee.  Anyway.  My niece.  Cassie.  She's sweet and adorable.  Not so crazy like me.  And I don't get to see her very often so I don't 'know' her like I'd like to.  She's also turning 7.  SO....I thought a gift card to Claire's would be cool.  My daughter said she'd like it.  I hope we are both right.  :) 
I know she likes Garfield (who doesn't?!?)  so I made a gift card holding card.

Happy Hearts Day!!

Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours!!!! 
We will be doing a little celebrating for sure....our annual red dinner will be easy this year.  Spaghetti, sparkling wine/grape juice, and heart shaped bread.  Dinner will be served by candlelight.  :)  Fun!  I know the kids will appreciate it.  They will also have their goodies...candy and a T-shirt.  It will be a fun evening!  Mike and I celebrated last week with dinner at a Brazilian Steakhouse.  OMG...it was ridiculously good.  If you have one close to you, you should definately check it out, but go hungry.  You get a ton of food!  The steaks are amazing and lots of different cuts to try.  The salad bar.  OMG, that salad bar!!!  I could fill up on that!  Asparagus so big it was as round as my thumb!!!  Smoked salmon, cheese, greens, everything you would want....amazing!!! 
Well, I don't usually do a lot of decorating for heart's day, but this year, with my cricut I had to kick it up a notch.  Just a little, not a lot.  I made a fun banner for the fireplace mantle.  Sorry the pics are crazy, but I think you'll get the jist.  :)

Finally, a Cricut card!

And the cute squirrel from Give a Hoot at that! :)  Yay!  It's a cute little squirrel.  I tried to keep it simple and I used scraps so that's even better!  :) 
Hope you are having a great week!  We've been busy with school activities.  I love that they are so involved and I know that I will look back on these days with love, but whew....it's a lot of running.  And in the cold weather, it's blechy!  Thank God I have my crafting.  Otherwise I may be in a looney bin.  I'd be in good company though, I'm sure!
