Foodie Friday - St. Patty's Day Cuppies

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!  :)

These were super easy!  Just boxed cupcakes, green colored frosting, rainbow sour airhead candy strips rolos and butterscotch candies.  YUM!!!  And FUN!!! :)
