Lion Baby Shower Invitation

Howdy Ho crafters!!
A friend of mine has a friend who's son and dil are having a baby!!!!  YAY!  They asked if I could help make the cards - they came with a design in hand so that part was easy.  I was happy to help adn here is what we came up with.  :)

Burnt BBQ! Oh NO!

Bugaboo!!! Oh, how I love you....I do!  They make such cute images and this was one on their Freebie Friday, I believe!  Can't beat that!  No one at my house would ever burn anything on the grill, but I think it's cute all the same.  :)

It's getting cooler out now (thank God!) and it's finally not too hot to grill out.  You know it's too hot when you can't even stand outside long enough to grill!!!  I love me some fall so it's perfect timing!

Favorite Color Challenge

I mad a pop up card that I found on YouTube under Stampin with Dawn. I am a little hooked on her...she's very creative and her tutorials are fantastic!  She starts each video with "Hi Stampers!"  So cute!  Anyway, she demo'd how to do this really cool card and I knew I had to make it.  I love PINK and used one of Emma's stamps (the sentiment) and a bugaboo digi.  I am going to give this to my daugher.  That is why there is a chicken....it's her nickname.  I know, weird, but it works.  I glittered up the front with sparkly embossing powder.  FUN!!  :)

A zebra Thank you!

Howdy Ho!  I made this cute pop-up card as a Thank you to Kaity's cheer coach.  She is just an all around great person and I was happy making this for her!

The card is made out of an 8x8 piece of cardstock and then I added some triangles cut from 4x4 scraps.  And the cheer squad is loving anything with zebra print so I thought that would be cute.  Thanks to my fave carty - Create A Critter I was able to piece one together lickity split!

Rockin' Shoes!!

OMG....my daughter and her friend found a cute pair of shoes that they liked on the internet and I just knew that we could make them! 

I found the shoes at Meijer...they were even on sale!
Then I found the font online!  Check out dafont.com  good stuff!
Then I used my Princess Cricut and cut vinyl.  I used a different setting than what was recommended for vinyl.  Not sure if it's my vinyl or what but I had pressure on high, speed on medium and deep blade at 4. This kissed the vinyl and allowed me to make a stencil for each of the girls. 
They (I) stuck the vinyl stencil to the shoes and let the girls dab black paint on. 

We did two coats and the 2nd coat we covered with Dazzling Diamonds glitter from SU! and let it dry for a teansy bit because we were impatient.  :)  They turned out marvalous!!!! :)  The girls love them, and so do I! 

Although instead of Party Rock, I think I would have said Rock Party...but what do I know.  The girls say it's a song.  I'll believe them.  :)

In continuing to put off scrapbooking and starting on Christmas presents I continue to make cards.  :)  Can't help it, love the instant gratification and all of these AWESOME digis!!!!!  I can't stop!  :)This one is for my boy....yay!  I seem to do more for girls so I like to get some boy ones in there sometimes.

I don't think this girl could be any happier or any cuter!  She's from Mo's Digital Stamps and she makes me happy!  I sent this one to my BBFF, Christy.  She took a trip to the AMAZON!!  and I wanted to tell her I was happy that she was back.

Sweet Birthday

Gosh, I don't even know if I have words fr this....I'm proud of myself.  It turned out REALLY CUTE!!!  :)  I hate that I have forgotten where I got these cute digs from, but thank you!  :)

I don't know exactly why I'm making all of these cards.  I really need to stop the card making and try some other things here soon.  But until there, I do love trhe quickness ans instant gratification that card making brings.  I need to work on making some Christmas presents....  maybe some cards???  :)

Calgon...take me away!

LOL!  It is sure one of those days!  Look how the next picture uploaded.  Ugh.  Oh well.  You get my drift, I'm sure.  I also included a picture of my piggies.  Fun summery color!  I love the flowers they can do.  It amazes me!  One time back in 1994 on my honeymoon in Jamaica (yay!) I had someone there paint a sunset on one nail and then on another a dolphin jumping out of the ocean.  It was BEAUTIFUL!!!  So cool! 
I'm giving this card to a girlfriend for her 40th with a pedicure gift card inside.

Bear Bakery

This is a bit what my house looked like last weekend!  We baked up some cookies - homemade even!  :)  It is so less expensive that way...I didn't realize.  I had all of the ingredients already!  WAHOO!  And it was fun to recruit my kiddos to help!  I need to work on my coloring of bears.  They are kinda hard to color. I'll keep practicing....

Who says moms aren't cool???  NOT ME!  I love moms and I just happen to be one! :)  I think this digi is adorable.  I forget who I got these from.  Do you ever do that?!?!  I see something I like and get it and then I don't remeber where I got it when I go to use it.  Ugh.  This turned out cute though, I think.  I like her skirt and again that experssionless face.  FUN! 

Just don't make her give you the evil eye!  LOL!

LOL! :)  I love this digi.  I like that she's expressionless and you can make her say whatever you want.  I have a balloon and you don't.  HAHAHA! 

I colored her in with my copics and then added some stickles to make her sparkle 'cause every sassy gal needs some sparkle!

Summer sweetness

This card turned out really cute.  I love the look on the sweet bear.  I love getting watermelon late in the season at the Farmer's Market and just enjoying every single bite!!!  MmmmMmmmGood!  :)
