Crab Bisque!!!!

Okay my friends....another day of my favorite things....CRAB BISQUE!!!  OMG.  This is FAB!!!  You will love this!  I really don't even measure the ingredients so you will have to play along and know that this is my best guesstimate.  They are pretty close though, just don't want you to think that they all have to be exact.  You really can't go wrong...a little bit of this; a little bit of that.  :)

Ingredients:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 C milk
4 T butter
4 T flour
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 C finely chopped onion
1 pound precooked crab (I use Chicken of the Sea sold in a can in the refrigerated section of Trader Joe's)
1/2 bottle white wine (I like two buck chuck from TJ - White Zin)
Paprika
seasoned salt
Optional add about 8-10 precooked, frozen shrimp (I like to give each person two)
Serve with bread and butter

Melt butter in pot on medium-high heat.  Add flour and whisk until smooth.  Add cream and milk and continue to whisk.  Add bouillon and onion.  Add wine and after it boils lower heat and simmer for about 5 mins.  Add crab and shrimp if so desired.  Add spices to taste.  Let it simmer on stove for approx 20 minutes and try to keep your significant other from eating it directly from the pot!!!
This makes 4 large bowls and you'll wish you had more!
This truly is delish.
One time we added up approx how much it costs to make and even with $9 can of crab it is  about $15 for 4 servings!!!  That's less than $4/person!!!!  Try it.  You will like it!
